Chris Bailey’s Summary
I've spent the last ten years in the non-profit and for-profit worlds learning and implementing new ways to build better relationships both inside and outside organizations. I've worked to promote more effective and meaningful organizational processes, communications, and culture for employees. I've also worked to foster more honest dialogue and caring relationships with customers. My experience consistently shows that creating a more meaningful (and soulful) work environment is the key to strong business performance.
Currently, I'm an account manager for Convio, Inc. Through this work, I help non-profit clients achieve their purpose by helping them look at the underlying principles that make them great. I help them tell their stories in new and exciting ways, build business processes that create long-term organizational health, and navigate changes that are needed to grow their mission.
At Bailey WorkPlay, I am a coach/consultant, writer, and speaker. Since 2004, I've been working with individuals and organizations create purpose and meaning in their work. The core of my practice is exploring innovative ideas for changing how we approach our work and jobs, as well as our meaning in the greater context of life. I regularly blog about these issues at www.alchemyofsoulfulwork.com.
