I started out my Career with the Walmart Home Office, in the Information Systems Division. I worked in several departments and have working knowledge and technical experience in the following: IBM Blade Servers, Dell MMS Servers, Symbol Wireless Equipment, Lexmark Printers, IBM Risc 6000 Servers, Saps and JW's, ATEB IVR Units, Dell TASCO Units, Symbol/NCR Signature/PIN Pads, All Pharmacy Printers, NCR/IBM Registers, Cisco Switches, All aspects of the walmart networking systems.
From there I went to TEK Systems, and my first project was with IBM, in a Blade Server upgrade. We rolled out IBM Blade servers to approx. 1000 Wal-Mart Stores. This included all aspects of the install, verification, network troubleshooting, and OBF Units.
After this project, I went on to do a project with Dell. We had to roll out Dell Poweredge 2800 MMS Servers to 1600 Wal-Mart stores in under 6 weeks. This also included all aspects of the install, network troubleshooting, and software/script install. I was a SR Tech on this job, and was 1 of 2 tech's that ran a Technical Support Bridge for all the technicians to call in for issues. We were doing approx. 150 stores a night, and at any given time there would be anywhere from 1-15 techs on my phone at a time.
