Over the past 8 years have grown to be a rounder individual. Started my career as a software engineer with a limited view of systems and technology. Have successfully managed to grow myself from position to position and organization to organization, taking on more responsibility and shaping my career towards being a Global leader.
I have traveled extensively (USA, UK, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Switzerland, Ivory Coast) gathering experience from 100's and 1000's of people from varied nationalities and cultures. This has helped me tremendously in managing distributed and cross-cultural teams successfully.
My focus is now to be able to positively impact many lives. The aim is to create an organization that can touch millions of lives and where every individual creates an impact in his/her society! Where every individual is a better friend, brother/sister, husband/wife, father/mother, employee; a better human being! I want to be able to defy all laws of modern management and create an organization based on principals of radical management, where we make better human being and every good/service we deliver is just incidental and reflects that passion towards life.
The aim is to enable people to achieve what they desire (be it material - houses, cars, planes, vacations, etc or spiritual or intangibles of life) and in the process achieve myself. I firmly believe that legacies are built by enabling people and not by stepping over them!
On a lighter note, looking back in school and right through professional life, I have come to be associated with “Sir Charlie Chaplin”! I guess to start with it was my look, with the musch I had, but when I talk to my friends, I realize its more the ability to put a smile on people’s faces and the fun loving yet focused approach to life that I have is why they called me “Charlie”!
