Michael Donovan’s Summary
After some 40 years of international business experience with about half of this as a CEO, I now work with other senior executives as a business-mentor. For the past decade I have been privileged to have worked with a cluster of Australian 100 Corporates - CEOs, board members and rising talent reporting into the executive suite. I have also assisted the Australian Institute of Company Directors create the national Coach and Mentor Connect programs for company directors. I lecture and facilitate for the AICD and have co-authored strategic chapters in the Company Directors Course. For the last five years I have also managed a 'Guild' of some 20 other former senor executives who also mentor. Our business-mentor training manual is now well recognised for internal mentorship programs. For the past several years I have also worked closely as lead mentor for the Melbourne Business School Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education and have close ties with their national executive-coaching cadre. My goal is simple - add-value to the thinking of others and be there during difficult times.
