Since 1980, Jack Lopez has developed and delivered technology-based business solutions to help organizations worldwide control costs and cultivate growth. Mr. Lopez has successfully led hundreds of complex systems integration projects, programs and technology launches for both federal and commercial clients. Through a partnership established with Lockheed Martin, and while President at NACC, NACC installed one of the first multi-platform enterprise management systems platforms in the federal government. Mr. Lopez spearheaded NACC’s building of the first nationwide PCS network for MCI and played an active role in the infrastructure build-out of wireless networks nationwide, including Sprint, Nextel, and Alltel. Mr. Lopez began his career in Information Technology with IBM in 1979 and while a Senior Executive with federal government contractors ACS and RSIS, led Major Programs at the NAVY, FAA, Department of Energy (DOE), Argonne Labs, and the EPA, as well as the Corporate Telecommunications Practice. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland with post graduate study at Johns Hopkins University.
