I have been a Network Specialist for 6 years, taking care of a thin LAN Ethernet network for a manufacturing area, then, token ring, and now Ethernet for a 25000 port network. I am very skilled in network trouble shooting, switch code upgrades, and physical switch installation. I have experience in cabling, user access, lab access, and user distribution network configurations. I also have experience in installing and in using Network General Distributed sniffers. Other skills include Windows NT/XP, AIX, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Visio), Fluke One Touch Series II Network Assistant, Cisco Works, QIP, ENOS and Cisco Wireless technologies.
I was awarded 1st Level Invention Award for a software setup for Web developers called Sandbox, which was a mini web site on the same AIX box for each individual web developer.
