Regarding writing: I am currently honing a freelance writing career that includes fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and article writing. I have two non-fiction books in development and regularly write for pleasure.
Regarding web interface development: I specialise in cross-browser and cross-platform XHTML and CSS. I've utilised these skills in developing the interfaces for several Wordpress template modifications, a Drupal intranet, several scratch-built bespoke websites, as well as thin client Web 2.0 applications. I also have proficient Photoshop skills with which I can create mockups to then convert into functional interfaces.

Although not my career focus these days, my expertise in digital pre-press (senior tech for a major US direct mail company for 6 years) gives me a unique perspective on multi-faceted projects, copywriting, and production processes.
