Best part of a decade working on TV/Web convergent projects and with PR and advertising agencies on projects ranging from sports and youth magazine format shows to technical director for Big Brother Australia - managing non-broadcast technology, as well as writing most of the code and developing the database that supported the show.
Specialities are ASP/SQL Server development and performance tuning, along with PHP/MySQL development. HTML, CSS and JavaScript are, of course, well and truly in the kit-bag along with ergonomics and user interface design
Contributed articles to a number of magazines on IT related topics.
Prior to that worked for a series of software companies in technical sales roles for development and process management tools, including running consulting and training engagements for BPR projects with banks and major retail chains.
