He has spent over 14 years in Media and Telecommunications, 5 of these at the telecommunications conglomerates BellSouth and Great Nordic, where he has contributed by establishing GN Great Northern Gateway A/S, a telecom service provider for operators in Russia, Eastern Europe, and CIS-countries and operators in the Western World. He has headed the business development department focusing on investment opportunities in telecom services (national and international) and mobile investment (SONOFON GSM), both green field investments and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to working in the media and telecom sector, Jesper Hart Hansen was part of Dataco, a LAN manufacturer, the elected most successful Danish start-up company in 1989 and 1990, where it tripled revenue and number of employees.
Jesper received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, where he studied on a Fulbright Postgraduate Scholarship. He was a co-founder and Treasurer of the Communications Industry Club at the School. He earned his BA from Copenhagen School of Economics.
