I am a computer forensic technology consultant in Washington, DC. My teams and I have been behind the scenes and in the forefront of forensic accounting and technology investigations on front-page business news, investigations, and litigation, including alleged frauds, accounting scandals, financial mismanagement and improprieties, and violations of law and regulations. We are brought in by the Board of Directors or Audit Committee of public companies to freeze and preserve electronic evidence, including emails, instant messages, personal computers, servers, and transaction-based systems such as large-scale financial accounting systems or online transaction processing systems.

I am actively involved at Grace Covenant Church in Virginia. We are also involved in transforming the lives of young people in the inner city through the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation (dgylf.org).

My wife and I have adopted three beautiful girls and a handsome boy who were all born blind, two from Korea, one from India, and the boy from China. Since 80% of all pediatric blindness is preventable or curable, I am involved in organizations that foster that goal, such as Christian Blind Mission International (CBMI.org) and ROPARD.org (Retinopathy of Prematurity and Related Diseases). I lead engagements with enterprise-scale preservation and electronic evidence retention requirements. I consult with clients to develop document identification, preservation, collection, and production strategies in response to document requests, electronic preservation or e-mail retention obligations, or requests for ESI (electronically stored information). I have extensive hands-on experience in meeting the technical and legal response requirements of compliance and enforcement departments of regulatory agencies, such as the SEC, CFTC, FTC, FERC, HHS or in litigation.

In the Pharma space, I assist pharmaceutical companies, health care companies, manufacturers, and distributors, managed care companies and hospitals respond to subpoenas (or in other litigation) for electronically stored information and provide data and transaction analysis for pricing disputes including state Medicaid MAC, FUL, and usual and customary claims.
