Jay Jaeger is the Microsoft Delivery Executive for Novell reporting directly to Susan Heystee. In this role, Jay will work with the Novell services teams to accelerate our Microsoft SUSE Linux business specifically focusing on best practices in deploying SUSE Linux as well as the successful implementation approach for the joint Microsoft & Novell technical collaboration products. This dedicated Delivery role will be integral to supporting the Microsoft team to ensure that we are including services in our joint solution for Customers.
Jay is in his 13th year with Novell and joins Novell's Global Strategic Partnerships team from Americas consulting.
