My years as a trainer in the non-profit and higher education worlds, my conflict management training, my intensive coach training, and my broad work in creating worship services for Unitarian Universalist congregations have all been essential elements to the work that is my passion - empowering women to live their fullest, healthiest and happiest lives through workshops, speaking, one-on-one and group coaching, and the newly emerging "Powerful Playful Women" groups - play time from grownups.

I am a Wellness Life Coach. My passion is helping women discover their healthiest, happiest selves, make peace with food and their bodies, and become joyfully active.
I am also a Relationship Coach and Wedding Officiant. I love the process of pre-union coaching with couples, helping them develop a strong foundation for their relationship, and creating a covenant that will be incorporated into their unique wedding ceremony. I also coach couples in the first year of their union as they hone the skills that will empower their relationship.
