I work to find the best match possible, for both my candidates and my clients- no one is served if a candidate is pressured into a position that isn't a good fit.
For clients, I provide candidates that are 'rock-stars' in their fields and who are a precise match for what my clients are looking for. I do this primarily through "head-hunting" passive candidates and developing lasting relationships with those candidates.
