• Participate in Requirements, design and development workshops to fully understand the technical solution

• Provide expertise in the set up, use and technical configuration of tools used by the Validation Team, with particular focus on Automated test tools, test management tools and performance test tools
• Define test scenarios and detailed test cases.
• Execute and support execution of technical and performance test phases
• Raise and manage test incidents (defects)
• Responsible for the creation, running and maintenance of automated test scripts, performance test scripts and test stubs & drivers
• Definition of test environment requirements, including any performance related environmental requirements
• Document expected outcomes/success criteria
• Review test scenarios and detailed test cases produced by peers
• Improve accuracy of test effort estimates
• Feedback suggestions for process improvements
• Support Tools and Process lead in implementing process improvement & automation initiatives
• Develop technical related training documentation to assist in knowledge transfer with other team members
• Familiar with core technologies (Single.View, Tibco middleware, Web Services, J2EE compliant application servers, Java and Web)
• Knowledge of T-Plan Professional and Incident Management tool
• Knowledge of GH tester and selenium functional test automation tools
