Passionate student of environmental science and policy, with broad interests. Currently focusing my research on urban planning and green building.
My goals include working on public policy, both the dramatic and the subtle (yet substantial), that will increase the systematic sustainability of our civilization. In the future, my goal is to obtain a high position in either the private or public sphere where I can continue reshaping the new american dream.
I am highly involved in the community, and with the U.S. Green Building Council.
Locally: I am the Founding Co-Chair of Emerging Green Builders group in Madison, and Co-Chair of Professional Development in the Wisconsin Student Planning Association. I serve on the Wisconsin Union Design Committee, guiding design and programmatic decisions of our new Union South.
Nationally: I am on the Emerging Green Builders National Committee as well as the Chapter Steering Committee with the USGBC.
