Jessica Carriger’s Summary

Currently, I am a third year law student at Whittier Law School. I am particularly interested in the educational rights of children in the delinquency system. After graduation, I plan to work either as a judicial law clerk in a juvenile court or as a juvenile public defender. I would like to contribute to restructuring the CA juvenile delinquency system with a more effective focus on prevention and rehabilitation.
