Adviser and coach in lifelong learning with comprehension in teaching, communication and businesscoaching.

For several years I have been a coach and consultant for small business companies. Tasks have been mentoring and coaching executives and subordinates. I also work as an adviser and coach for people in crisis.

In january 2008 I started at Adlers International school of learning in Scandinavia. In may 2008 I will graduate as an ATC (Adler trained coach) and witin the next year as ICF ACC certified businesscoach.

Education
In 2007 i finished an education as a groundschoolteacher. This education further developed my skills within communication, didactic and a systemic holistic view. In 1992 i finished a merconome within economics, marketing and leadership.

10 years of experience as a director in a small business company (as a sailmaker) gave me a wide range of knowledge in leadership, management and development.
I was the first woman in this particular business with a letter of apprenticeship. I introduced new kinds of direct marketing which has been copied by competitive companies since.
