He made a career change in 1994 to the recruitment/personnel industry. That year he assisted in launching a new division for Access Personnel. In 1996, he was recruited away by the prestigious staffing firm CTI Personnel in New York City to start a recruitment division for them. Over a six year period, he generated in excess of $30 million in revenue and successfully placed hundreds of job seekers in new career opportunities.
