Dynamic, results oriented, senior information technology professional with extensive experience working in and for the public sector. Served as the Deputy CIO for the City of New York and was responsible for major initiatives such as development of the City's 3-1-1 system and integration of the City's 911 system. Following the September 11th attacks on New York City, led development of the City's technology recovery and creation of emergency facilities.
