Set up and achieved unprecedented market success with a major Supply Chain Management business in Spain. Developed business plan, developed effective Business Development and Sales Process, recruited and trained all staff and closed major deals with key clients, such as i2 Technologies, Carrefour, CAPRABO and Airbus and had complete P&L responsiblity.
Provided i2’s Project Management in the Airbus Sup@irworld SCC and SCM project for the A380 program. Program scope is a B2B portal for procurement, strategic sourcing and component scheduling for tier 1 suppliers. Other PMO members included IBM, SAP and CSC
Invented a dynamically reprogrammable Program/ Project management system which is in use throughout the Department of Defense. System recognized by U.S. Congress for substantially improving defense readiness and saving multiple hundreds of millions of dollars.
Have participated in charity events with then governor Bill Clinton and been an invited member for a reception for the King of Spain, Juan Carlos as well as several events with the King & Queen of Spain as well as the prince of Spain, while in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, was a member of the military logistics team for the first President George Bush and Ronald Reagan, while serving as a C-130 Flight Engineer.
