Loredana Magri’s Summary
The combination of financial markets, technology, and information peaked my interest in Reuters, my most recent and extensive professional experience. I began my career in Stockholm as a Customer Support Intern and since then have moved all over the world taking on new roles.
London to take on a role as a Financial Market Executive, then moved to Milan for a year to work as a Sales Executive and returned to London when I became a Content Manager. As a Content Manager I created and managed an editorial team in Bangalore.
I am currently in Geneva working as a Customer Manager for the Reuters Support Center. I lead a team of nine people and am responsible for delivering excellent customer service to clients based in Italy, Italian speaking Switzerland and Greece.
We make sure our clients are able to use our products by helping them understand the features and functionality, as well as explaining our data offering.
The most rewarding aspect of my job is the professional and personal growth it entails and how I have been able to diversify my skill set during my career.
