Martin is Chairman of AIM-listed Chinese company Renesola and Advisory Board Member and Special Advisor for Asia of international telecoms and media convergence venture capital fund Argopolo Capital Partners. Martin is now spending 3 months a year in China and also visits India twice a year.
Martin is also UK Chairman of the UK-China Venture Capital Joint Working Group established by the UK and Chinese governments to promote cooperation between venture capital and private equity firms in the two countries.
Since 1997, Martin has been a full-time investor in early-stage high technology companies in the UK and US.
