As engineering director I am bringing 22 years' experience from high-tech engineering design and manufacturing to bolster an already extremely competent and experienced engineering staff.
B3 Technologies, founded by John Barnard in the mid-90's and born out of the Ferrari Grand Prix team, is a well-established ISO 9000 engineering services and manufacturing company with a worldwide reputation for supplying high quality CNC-machined and composite products to tight delivery times. The company specialises in being agile and flexible; creating the finest high-precision components for high performance applications in F1, automotive, aerospace and medical equipment.
The company was taken over by a new consortium in March 2008 (of which I am a member) headed by former B3 commerical director John Minett. Former McLaren and Ferrari design chief, Steve Nichols has joined as Technical Director.
The company plan and objective is, with new investment, to build on an already strong platform and offer extremely competetive design and manufacturing services to new and existing clients in all engineering sectors; maintaining and building on the high standards set by Barnard when he started the company for Ferrari.
