Previously as a business development executive with experience in the training industry, seminar and event organization, I have the privilege to work with speakers and trainers such as Dr. John C. Maxwell, Dr. Billy Kueek, Dr. George Bien, Bob Pike, Roger Hamilton, Dave Rogers, Wayne Berry and many more.
My favorite pastime activities include studying and learning leadership, or anything related to it. During a quite time of soul searching for the past one year (which was mainly spent in a hospital), I have discovered my passion in teaching, and being the subject that I love most, I chose to focus on leadership development among teenagers. Whether they will grow up and join a multinational company, start a multinational company or dedicate their lives to the betterment of mankind through their faith, my intention is simple – to equip them to be better leaders. Another objective I aim to accomplish is to promote family values, in hopes to reducing the divorce rate.
I have skills in web designs, graphic designs and e-marketing. I have a natural talent in writing, which is something I am improving on right now. My values include family, integrity, responsibility and passion. The Youth Leadership Academy provides Leadership Development Program from Secondary School Teenagers, aged between 13-17 years old. Teaching time-tested principles and practices on Communication, Leadership, Equipping, Attitude and Relationship, we have built a lesson model, aptly named C.L.E.A.R., we aspire to equip tomorrow’s leader today. Having heard feedback from parents whom have sent their children to our student seminars previously, we have decided to build a learning environment that is similar to the tuition centre rather than the seminar model.
