My role is to manage all the incomming requests to our scriptteam. So the information will be enough and in a proper format to hand over to the teammembers.
After the request has been scripted I do the quality assurance before anything that leaves the floor. During the scripting process I am tuning the internal workflow. While the scripters are doing their best I try to improve their knowledge of what they are doing and why they are scripting the way they should do it.
Afterwards I do aftercare so the following process is started as good as possible. In this process I talk and work a lot with Process Coordination department.Eductional Details:
