Pinnacle is our company's latest Dealer Management System which is .NET based and runs on SQL Server. I am responsible for several aspects of newly acquired users onto the system. The transferral and conversion of a site's data from their old DMS into Pinnacle. Ensuring the relevant manufacturer integration is implemented. Creation of invoice headers. I also look after any post live issues that a site has. This involves tasking up jobs for the developers to manipulate data and the system to get the required result. Constant contact with dealership accountants, staff, franchise leaders and with Pinewood trainers that are on site during live weeks.
