Over the last 3 years I have been employed by Hutchison Telecom (3) Australia. My responsibilities include the managment of retention of business & mobile broadband segments of the customer base, the development of a customer lifecycle/segmentation framework, and the deveopment of sales/ non voice usage growth opportunities.
The relationship of an organization with its customers goes a long way in deciding the long-term profits. Especially when customers are globally located. Customer relations and business development were the core responsibilities of my role at Mphasis (EDS Group) in the UK.
The efficiency of operational processes is directly related to Customer satisfaction. As lead transition manager my responsibilities included understanding the customer impacting processes of BFSI organizations and transitioning them to Mphasis ITES, one of India’s largest offshore set ups.
Building a go to market plan was an essential experience in the early part of my career. As a product manager I developed & implemented the advertising, sales, marketing, public relations plan for India’s first internet based telemedicine company.
The start of my professional career as a management trainee was an important first step that developed my awareness of a fundamental dimension of any organization “people”. Since then I have remained committed to develop my people management skills and can honestly claim it to be my most developed skill.
