In 2007 I switched my career focus so that I could re-emphasize my interest in consumer behavior within dynamic financial markets. At Wells Fargo I primarily analyze various measures of consumer financial data to assess the credit worthiness of potential customers. I also use a lot of behavioral information to predict future performance and potential losses. As a member of the offers management risk team, I work very closely with our marketing teams. I enjoy the challenges that arise due to the "cannibalization" effects that emerge from using multiple-channels to reach our target populations.
