Designed, built, and evolved a web portal (http://gsr.veritas.com) for Enterprise Technical Support Global Release Management.
Facilitated design specifications, developed and implemented a number of php/MySQL based tools. Some of these tools are: Schedule System, Support Exception Tracking, Support Response Document System, Transfer of Information System, Department Newsletter publishing System, Support Operations/Planning Meeting system, and Product Announcement System.
Built the Global Escalation web portal (http://gem.veritas.com).
Working with GEM VP Jeff Zimmerman specifications developed the Hotlist escalation tool.
In the process of implementing the new GRM Portal, this consists of a hybrid of the current GSR Site and a new Java based system.
