OK, my primary experience is not in think tanks, but could be. I have a gift for being able to think through just about any challenge or situation and finding a workable, creative solution - often more than one. True, I cannot calculate an algorithm or program in C++, but if you have a problem on your workforce, or are looking for new ways to generate revenue or build customer loyalty, I can help.
I'm organized, analytical, perfectionistic, and creative - quite the combination of extremes! There is no one particular industry that suits or interests me, though I must say I prefer non-hierarchical/non-bureaucratic industries and companies - I dislike corporate pettiness and greed, and gravitate toward dynamic, service-oriented industries that enrich lives in general, even if only in the abstract (at the moment!)
I've assisted executives pulling in massive (read: insane) salaries at the same time as I've walked alongside horses assisting disabled clients, and I've moved from each role seamlessly (but had to change clothes.) I'm very passionate about what I do for work - whatever that is - and prefer to be surrounded by others of like mind!
Goals? To be satisfied in my work; to make a difference.

Employing horses in a working farm environment, Challenge Unlimited at Ironstone Farm provides beneficial therapy for people with a wide range of physical, emotional and cognitive disabilities. The two primary programs are Challenge Unlimited and Ironstone Therapy – both using the horse’s unique ability to enhance a person’s movements and touch a person’s heart, inspiring strength, hope and encouragement. The farm’s professional staff of over 20 licensed instructors and therapists work with 35 program horses and 150 volunteers to serve 450 to 500 children and adults each week, year round.
I wear many hats at Ironstone. Database design and management, layout design, photo editing, newsletters, volunteer coordination, and direct work with our clients and horses comprise my workdays.
